Check-in/Check-out
- Check-in time is at 3pmEST - please call ahead if an alternate check-in time needs to be arranged.
- Check-out is before 10am
* The hot-tub is chemically treated before every stay.
Standard Fees
- Prices shown are based for up to 4 people; add $10 for each additional person
- Pets are welcomed ($10 per night per pet)
- $100 cleaning fee is charged for all rentals
- 10% lodging and sales tax will be added to all rates
- $200 security deposit is required for all rentals
Additional Information
- A pro-rated cancellation policy applies to all rentals depending on the timing of the cancellation.
- NO smoking is allowed
- Personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks allowed 14 days prior to check-in
- Firelplaces are gas burning; occasionally, fire wood is provided by the owner for the outdoor fire pit.
